“BIMx Premium Account Eliminated” e-mails causing confusion

On 27 June 2016, some of our customers received an email from GRAPHISOFT stating that their BIMx Premium Account had been eliminated. This information was false.

BIMx Accounts have not been changed and customers’ data is safe.

We are truly sorry about the confusion our email caused. We have identified the problem that caused the unintended email and we are doing our best to prevent this happening in the future.
