Clicking on the Support tab will display 3 items in it’s drop down menu.
1. “Create Ticket” – Having a technical issue that you need an answer to? Here you can create a support ticket, fill in the necessary information, upload a file if necessary and click “save” to send through your query to the Technical team.
2. “View Active Tickets” – Here you can see the status of the support ticket/s you have submitted.
3. “Feedback” – Here you are able to send a message to the Technical team about the current support ticket or just some general feedback.
